CAROL ANN FORESTER
Carol Ann (Lilley) Forester, 66, of Wheeling, WV passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born September 19, 1958 in Marshall County, WV, daughter of the late Frank & Mabel (Doyle) Lilley.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Lilley; brother, Frank Lilley.
Carol is survived by her husband, Dale Forester; children, Billi Jo Forester, Sean Forester, and Matthew Forester; grandchildren, Joseph & Jamila; and sister, Barbara (Lilley) Jarrett.
Friends will be received on Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m., at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling (304-242-2311). Interment at Greenwood Cemetery to follow.
