GLINDA BOWMAN
Glinda Jo (Sanford) Bowman, 82, renowned Author, Historian, Seamstress and Business owner, of Wheeling, died Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Her father and mother, John Sanford and Lucille (Malner) Valentine, preceded Glinda in death, along with her husband, John R. Bowman.
Survivors are two sons, John D. Davidson III (Cathy) and Steve M. Davidson (Sung Hye) of NC; one stepson, Robert Bowman of TX; sister, Debbie Dearth of Wheeling; brother, Larry Sanford of OH; Grand and Great-Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Glinda is to be cremated and there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be at the convenience of the family.
