WHEELING – The Main Street Bank Fantasy in Lights Parade, presented by the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce, made its way through Center Wheeling on Friday night. Dedicated and undeterred crowds lined the streets – despite a steady drizzle of cold rain throughout the event – to check out this year’s parade.
