Sometimes in life, you do meet people who try their best to make it a better world. We sure need those people!
I certainly do appreciate people like Lori at Kroger who help so much. I had a problem with a cell phone a while back and she used much of her valuable time to fix the problem. She just wouldn't give up until she found success. I was so happy I even tried to give her a generous tip, but she wouldn't take it. She said, "No, thanks. I'm just doing my job!"
