BRZOZOWSKI, Frank E., 94, of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, January 7, 2013, in Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling.
He was born April 1, 1918, in Wheeling, a son of the late Frank and Blanche Gongola Brzozowski.
He was a former employee of Wheeling Tile Co. and a retired machinist at Wheeling Bronz Co., a member of the former St. Ladislaus Catholic Church, Wheeling, and an Army veteran of WWII.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Stephanie Paduch Brzozowski, two brothers, Edmund Brzozowski and George Brzozowski, one sister, Irene Brzozowski, step-father, John Sweeney.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews including, Carol (Robert) Provost of Pueblo, CO; Eleanor DiProsperis of Wheeling; Georgeann (Gary) Yoho of Raleigh, NC; Terry Brozowski of Wheeling; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends received 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, where vigil services will be held at 6:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2013, in Good Shepherd Chapel with Rev. John Beckley as celebrant.
Interment with Military Honors in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
