"We have a freshman coming up, Nick Cecil, he just keeps impressing me every single meet ... he works really hard at practice and it shows during the meets. I'm really looking forward to seeing Nick improve over the season. ... and I'm looking forward to January when we start to get into the big meets. The kids work hard throughout the season for the big meets at the end of January."
