JAMISON, Violet V., 91, of Neffs, OH, died Friday, November 16, 2012 in Wheeling Hospital Medical Park.
She was born July 26, 1921 in Lansing, OH, the daughter of the late Frank and Julia Psygudski Rensvich.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church; Catholic Women's Club and St. Francis Society.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester R. Jamison; a brother, Chester Shedloski; and three sisters, Elizabeth Cook, Mary Gwynn, and Stella Tarr.
Survivors include two sons, James "Pat" (Vivian) Jamison of McArthur, OH, and Dennis (Debra) Jamison of Bellaire; two daughters, Violet (James) Prill of Rock Hill, SC, and Barbara Simoncic of Huntersville, NC; a sister, Helen Rash of Lakeland, FL; nine grandchildren: Mary Darla Ramey, Deena Coursen, Michael Prill, Jacqueline Eater, J. Christopher Simoncic, James Jamison, Joseph Jamison, Bradley Jamison and Jennifer Syrylo; one step-grandson: Mark Jamison; eighteen great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Sunday from 12-3 & 6-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home, 400-33rd St., Bellaire where a vigil service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65305 Dixon Hill Rd, Neffs with Fr. Daniel Heusel as celebrant.
Interment in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH.
