Nini’s Treasures Set to Welcome Reedy

Nini's Treasures welcomes Vera Bradley Brand Ambassador Joan Bradley Reedy, daughter of Vera Bradley, and Susan Cambell, Vera Bradley director of sales, to the store from 5-7 p.m. today.

Guests will have the opportunity to hear anecdotes of Vera Bradley's history and personal stories at an event to raise funds for breast cancer research. The event is open to the public, but a special invitation is extended to all cancer survivors.

Customers will have refreshments, giveaways, door prizes and a presentation while shopping for the newest Vera Bradley colors and styles.

"We're delighted to partner with Nini's Treasures to raise funds for breast cancer research," said Catherine Hill, executive director of the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. "Our Vera Bradley retailers are the perfect partners to help us spread the word about the important work of the Vera Bradley Foundation."

Nini's Treasures is located at Tuesday at 355 Wharton Circle at The Highlands. It offers an extensive Vera Bradley collection, including a pattern made specifically for Vera Bradley's breast cancer research initiative.

"We are excited and honored to have someone of this magnitude in the Vera Bradley company visit our little store," said Nini Zadrozny, owner of Nini's Treasures. "We've never met these women and feel like this will be a very enlightening event."

The Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer was founded by Vera Bradley owners Barbara Baekgaard and Patricia Miller in 1998. To date, it has contributed $15 million to the research team in the Indiana University Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis.
