Amanda Gail Martin and B.A. Starr were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in East Richland Evangelical Friends Church, St. Clairsville, with the Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Gigi Martin of St. Clairsville, formerly of Wheeling.
The groom is the son of Bruce Starr and Theresa Starr, both of Bethesda.
Caitlin Hieronimus and Casey Martin were maids of honor. Zach Mason and Jake Tacosik served as best men.

A reception was held at James E. Carnes Center, St. Clairsville.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of John Marshall High School, a 2008 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree and a 2008 graduate of Wheeling Hospital School of Radiology Technology. She is employed as a CT technologist at Wheeling Hospital and Barnesville Hospital.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Union Local High School. He attended Hocking College and is an Ohio pro-staff member of Mid-west White Tail. He is employed with Quality Environmental of Morristown.
After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Bethesda.
