Liza Ann Donagher and Matthew Jochum Miller were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 14, at Saint Paul Cathedral in Pittsburgh. The bride's father, the Rev. James M. Donagher, officiated the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are the Rev. James M. Donagher of Hartford, Conn., and Luz Soto of New Britain, Conn.
Parents of the groom are Todd W. and Patti Miller of Wheeling.
Yeida Soto, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor. Todd W. Miller, father of the groom, was best man.
Other attendants included Maria Miller, sister of the groom; Xavier Soto, brother of the bride; Sandra Lee Soto; Jennifer Soto; Jashua Garcia; Kassie Anderson; Kaleigh Kirkpatrick; Natasha Wiscombe; Max Neubauer; Kevin Duffin; Mark Plumby; Chris Banal and Andrew Guzzi.
A reception was held at The Lexus Club at PNC Park in Pittsburgh.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Cheshire Academy, a 2008 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine arts, and a 2011 graduate of Duquesne University with a dual master's degree in early childhood and elementary education. She is employed by Jackson Kelly PLLC in Morgantown.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of The Linsly School and a 2008 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. He is enrolled at West Virginia University School of Medicine and plans to pursue a career in radiology upon graduation.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple will reside in Morgantown.
