Krista Leslie Kent and Anthony Robert Montes were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. James LaCrosse officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Roger and Mindy Kent of Triadelphia.
Parents of the groom are Robert Montes and Maria Montes.
Shannon Brown was matron of honor. Andrew Montes, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Other attendants included Jennifer Kent; Alexis Montes, sister of the groom; Lindsey Bugaj; Jayce Patrello; Mark Hymes; Tim Grampa; Eric Novick; Maliah Miskiewicz and Wyatt Thorn.
A reception was held at the White Palace ballroom, Wheeling Park.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a 2012 summa cum laude graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She plans to pursue a Master of Physician Assistant degree.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2009 graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and a specialization in marketing. He is employed by Auto Choice Chevrolet-Buick in Bellaire.
After a wedding trip to Walt Disney World, Orlando, Fla., the couple will reside in Wheeling.
