Parents of the groom are Mark and Scheri Huggins of Wileyville.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2006 graduate of Scott College of Cosmetology. She is manager of Fiesta Salons, Wheeling, and is a licensed Zumba instructor at Chambers YMCA, Wheeling.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Magnolia High School, a 1998 graduate of Salem-Teikyo University with a Bachelor of Science degree in public and community health and a 2003 graduate of West Virginia University with a Master of Business Administration degree. He served in the Army Reserves from 1993 to 2001. He is a supervisor at Ormet Corp.
After a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in New Martinsville.
