Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bennington of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Terri Lynn Bennington, to Jason Mills, son of Tammy Mills of Bellaire.
Bennington is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2003 graduate of Scott College of Cosmetology. She is manager of Smart Style in St. Clairsville.
Mills is a 2006 graduate of Bellaire High School. He is employed Straub Collision Center in Wheeling.
A June 9 wedding is planned in Wheeling.
