Jack and Rosemarie Zearott of Benwood are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary today, Feb. 19.
They were united in marriage Feb. 19, 1972 at St. John's Catholic Church, Benwood, with the Rev. John Griffin officiating the ceremony.
Rosemarie Zearott is the daughter of the late Matthew and Mary Polus of Benwood. She is employed by Gompers and Associates in Wheeling.
Zearott is the son of the late Jack Zearott of Benwood and the late Gwendolyn O' Bright Freeland of Wheeling. He is employed by Mount St. Joseph in Wheeling.
They are the parents of three children. The family includes Amy Hicks and her husband, Michael, of Glen Dale; Angela Salatino and her husband, Derek, of Wheeling; and Mallory Oser and her husband, Fritz, of Benwood. They have three grandchildren.
