John and Margaret Almonte of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina Marie Almonte, to Michael Alexander Krayer of Vista, Calif. He is the son of Diane Schaller and and Thomas Krayer of Tampa.
Almonte is a graduate of Indian Creek High School, a graduate of Ohio University, Athens, and a graduate of DePaul University, Chicago, with a Master of Music degree. She is co-founder of Trio Bella, Bella, Bella and founder of the Chicago Flute Ensemble.
Krayer is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy. He is an infantry captain in command of a company in the Army.
A May wedding is planned at Twin Oaks Wedding and Events Center, San Marcos, Calif.
