Thomas C. Smith and Mindy Smith of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Brenda "B.J." Smith, to Tony Delbert, son of Rick and Karen Delbert of Wheeling.
Smith is a graduate of West Virginia University and a graduate of Fairmont State University with a Master of Business Administration degree. She is employed by Bath & Body Works as co-manager.
Delbert is a graduate of Wyoming Technical Institute. He is employed by Halliburton Energy Services.
A Sept. 29 wedding is planned.
