Mr. and Mrs. Keith Mills of Weirton announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Mills, to Kyle Cooper, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cooper, of Waterford, Pa.
Mills is a 2003 graduate of Weir High School, a 2007 graduate of Bethany College with a bachelor's degree in economics and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a master's degree in educational leadership. She is employed at West Liberty University as the financial aid manager.
Cooper is a 2004 graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School, a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with bachelor's degrees in sports management and athletic coaching and a 2010 graduate of WVU with a master's degree in educational leadership. He is the women's basketball head assistant coach at Wheeling Jesuit University.
An April 28 wedding is planned at Memorial Baptist Church in Weirton.
