Mr. and Mrs. C. Edward Rawson of Follansbee announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Anne Rawson, to Joseph Francesco Caruso, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Caruso of Wellsburg.
Rawson is a 2002 graduate of Brooke High School, a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University and a 2010 graduate of Tuskegee University with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. She is employed by Banfield Pet Hospital.
Caruso is a 2004 graduate of Brooke High School. He will graduate in 2012 from Belmont Technical College with a degree in civil engineering. He plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He is employed by RG Steel.
An Oct. 8 wedding is planned at Hickory Lodge, Mingo Junction.
