Mr. and Mrs. David Stewart Sr. of Shadyside announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Stewart, to Shane Bickmeier, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bickmeier of Shadyside.
Stewart is a 2006 graduate of Shadyside High School and Belmont-Harrison Joint Vocational School and a 2009 graduate of Belmont Technical School with an associate degree in mental health. She is a licensed cosmetologist.
Bickmeier is a 2004 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2008 graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed with American Electric Power as plant systems owner.
A September wedding is planned.
