Laura Ann Kibby and Michael John Stauber were united in marriage Saturday, June 18, at Sandscrest Conference and Retreat Center, Wheeling, with the Rev. Dr. Bill N. Lawrence officiating the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of John and Darlene Kibby of Martins Ferry.
The groom is the son of Milton and Florence Stauber of Cranberry Township, Pa.
Lisa Forsythe was maid of honor. Gregg Stauber, brother of the groom, and Jonathan Nikolajski served as best men.
Other attendants were Morgan Forsythe, Denise Abbott, Sarah Breisinger, Lauren Schivley, Miranda Schnupp, Michael Carr, Neil Gregorio, Scott Leah, Corey Lowry, Grace Billmann, Ava Billmann, Liam Flaherty, Mikayla Fetchet and Gordon Alexandre Palmer.
A reception was held at Sandscrest.
The bride is a graduate of Martins Ferry High School, a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a 2005 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law with a law degree. She is employed as an attorney in the Washington, D.C., office of Compliance, L.P.
The groom is a graduate of Shaler Area High School, a graduate of Gannon University with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and a 2005 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law with a law degree. He is employed as an associate general counsel for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., McLean, Va.
After a trip to France, Monaco and the Netherlands, the couple will reside in Alexandria, Va.
