Erica Lyn Vavrek and Jason Scott Miller were united in marriage Saturday, June 18, at St. John's Catholic Church, Bellaire, with the Rev. Dan Heusel officiating the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. John Vavrek of Bellaire.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Miller of Wheeling.
Kacie Vavrek and Ashley Vavrek were maids of honor. Brian Miller served as best man.
Other attendants were Natalie Taylor, Jaci Traylinek, Kate Marinacci, Jessica Kinney, Lance Miller, Doug Koller, Scott McGuire, Marc Marinacci, Charles Eldgeridge, Alessia Miller and Heath Miller.
A reception was held at the Wheeling Artisan Center.
The bride is a graduate of Bellaire High School, a graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education with a certification in special education and a graduate of Marygrove College with a master's degree in the art of teaching. She is employed by the Bellaire Local School District as an intervention specialist and volleyball coach.
The groom is a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a specialization in computer information systems. He is co-owner of River City Ale Works in downtown Wheeling.
After a wedding trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple will reside in Bellaire.
