WHEELING - One of three victims from a shooting Sunday night was still being treated at Wheeling Hospital at press time.
According to a police report, the shooting occurred about 11:41 p.m. Sunday outside the 3rd Alarm Bar, 70 New Jersey St.
They arrested Deandre Lamar Davis, 21, of Wheeling for malicious wounding.

He is being held in the Northern Regional Jail on a $150,000 bond.
At the scene, officers were informed by dispatchers that three shooting victims were being treated at Wheeling Hospital.
They were Michael Johnson, who was treated and released, Caprice Russell and Derrick Leflore. Sgt. William Nolan believes the victims are from the Cleveland area.
He noted a handgun was used in the shooting.
Wheeling Hospital spokes-man Gregg Warren said Monday one of the victims, whose name he could not disclose, was still being treated, while another victim was taken via ambulance to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

''Hopefully we can figure this out ... and better protect the citizens,'' Nolan said.
Investigating detectives may have more information to release today.
Nolan said he did not want to speculate on the motive for the shooting.
This is the second shooting to occur in Wheeling during the past two weeks. Omoniyi Bakare, 22, of Woodridge, Va., was shot to death in the 800 block of National Road. Police believe Bakare was shot and then either was pushed or escaped from a moving vehicle.
No suspects have been in arrested in that case.
