Bob and Kim Travis of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Caitlin Eileen Travis, to Jock Nile Rottman, son of Rick and Stacy Rottman of Wooster, Ohio.
Travis is a 2006 graduate of Faith Community Christian High School and a 2010 cum laude graduate of Malone University with a Bachelor of Science degree in middle childhood education.
Rottman is a 2007 graduate of Triway High School, Wooster, and a 2011 cum laude graduate of Malone University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and finance.
An Oct. 15 wedding is planned at East Richland Evangelical Friends Church, St. Clairsville.
