This is in response to the West Virginia Division of Highways paving of Interstate 70 west. Their mission in life is to create traffic jams because it doesn't seem like they do anything else.
Just look at our roads: Holes everywhere, dirt, rocks, car parts on the bridges and ramps. Give me four or five guys and a dump truck and some Wilson Blacktop, and we'll do more in a day than they do in a week.
The guys at the top are clueless. I'm sure there are people out there that can actually do the job. Also, why didn't they pave in front of the Wheeling Tunnel westbound when it was closed? And, Ohio Valley people, put down the phone in construction zones - and keep moving!
