I would like to ask Robert Herron why it is taking so long to do something about
the old Wheeling Police Department firing range on South Front Street, Wheeling Island.
The building is an eyesore, and is a safety risk. The city expects property owners to keep up their property, why doesn't the city have to follow the guidelines when it comes to their property.
