Anthony and Mary Kay Pepe of Wellsburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Pepe, to Ryan Owens, son of Allen and Candice Owens of Follansbee.
Pepe is a 2004 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a Masters of Arts degree in elementary education and a minor in speech pathology and audiology. She works as a kindergarten teacher in Parkersburg.
Owens is a 2004 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in both finance and accounting and a Master of Science degree in finance. He is employed with United Bank in Charleston.
A September wedding is planned.
