The engagement of Kaycie Rebekah Hill of Weirton and Lance Cpl. Donald Eli Mader of Jacksonville, N.C., is announced by their parents.
Hill is the daughter of Mark and Cindi Hill of Weirton.
Mader is the son of Rose Mader and Bruce Mader, both of Weirton.
Hill is a 2009 graduate of Weir High School. She is attending West Virginia Northern Community College and is pursuing a degree in early childhood education. She is employed at the Fragrance Outlet.
Mader is is a 2009 graduate of Weir High School. He is serving with the Marine Corps and is currently deployed.
A July 2 wedding is planned at Cove United Presbyterian Church, Weirton.
