Mr. and Mrs. John Vavrek of Bellaire and Mr. and Mrs. Scott Miller of Wheeling announce the engagement of their children, Erica Lyn Vavrek and Jason Scott Miller.
Vavrek is a graduate of Bellaire High School, a graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education with a certification in special education and a graduate of Marygrove College with a masters degree in the art of teaching. She is employed by the Bellaire Local School District as an intervention specialist and volleyball coach.
Miller is a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a specialization in computer information systems. He is co-owner of River City Ale Works in downtown Wheeling.
A June 18 wedding is planned.
