Alisha Anne Smith and Joshua Lee Parsons were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at Giffin Park Church, St. Clairsville, with the Rev. Mark Statler officiating.
Parents of the bride are Bruce A. and Sheila Smith of St. Clairsville.
Parents of the groom are James and Rita Gibbons of Bloomingdale.
Carissa Mercer was matron of honor. Shayna Smith was maid of honor. Scott Parsons and James White served as best men.
Other attendants were Natalie France, Angela Rucker, Jennifer Orr, Pat King, Eric Mercer, Tom Foraker, Caroline Mercerm Katelyn Orr, Ella Mercer and Sabrina Foraker.
A reception was held at Wheeling Country Club.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2005 graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. She is employed by Alternative Home Health Inc. as payroll and human resources manager and is owner of Gourmet Goodies by Alisha.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2005 graduate of Belmont Technical College with associate degrees in both computer science and microcomputer networking. He is employed by Technical Solutions, LLC as director of operations.
After a wedding trip to New Orleans, the couple will reside in Neffs.
