Jessica Breanne Kisner and Michael Todd Owens were united in marriage Saturday, Dec. 11, at the Mollohan Center, New Martinsville, with Jeremy Joy officiating the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Steven and Susan Kisner of Paden City.
The groom is the son of Donnie Owens of New Martinsville and Ryan and Dawn Yeater of Duffy, Ohio.
Emily Allison was matron of honor. Shandra Goodfellow was maid of honor. Bryan Owens, brother of the groom, served as best man.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School and a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University with a degree in accounting. She is employed by the Bureau of Public Debt in Parkersburg.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of River High School and a graduate of the 137th Basic Class of the West Virginia State Police Academy. He is employed by the Paden City Police Department.
The couple resides in Paden City.
