Lacey Sue Jako and George Frederick Apostolec Jr. were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Lansing United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jesse Lones officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Vicki Kelley of Moundsville and Donn and Susan Jako of Irvine, Ky.
The groom's parents are George and Carol Apostolec of Martins Ferry.
Holly Apostolec was maid of honor. Bill Shreve served as best man.
Other attendants were Dawn Jako, Lindsey Jako, Summer Wade, Toni Gentile, Elisha Oszust, Ashley McCulley, Ashley Masarick, Danelle Jeffers, Dustin Holt, Steve Smith, Corey Smith, Rodney Gentile, Shawn Williams, Andrew Apostolec, Jason Timko, Jesse Lones, Caitlin Pergram, Lucas Jako and George Apostolec III, the couple's son.
A reception was held at the White Palace, Wheeling Park.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of George Rogers Clark High School, Winchester, Ky. She is a stay-at-home mother to the couple's son.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. He is employed through Wheeling Local 83, Plumbers and Pipefitters Union.
After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Martins Ferry.
