WHEELING - Law enforcement officials on Tuesday arrested the man accused of robbing a Steubenville WesBanco branch.
James R. Oberman, 28, no address provided, was apprehended without incident in a Dallas Pike motel.
According to Ohio County Sheriff Pat Butler, deputies assisted FBI agents in serving Oberman with a fugitive from justice warrant. A representative from the Steubenville police was present during the arrest.

Oberman was arraigned on one count of aggravated robbery by Ohio County Magistrate Charles Murphy.
Oberman allegedly walked into the WesBanco branch at the Fort Steuben Mall around 2:25 p.m. Monday and told a teller, "Give me money and no one gets hurt." He then allegedly fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robber got into the passenger side of a tan GMC Envoy or Chevrolet Trailblazer. The vehicle was last seen driving hrough the Wal-Mart parking lot, police said.
Police said it was unclear whether the suspect was armed.
Oberman was being held without bond Tuesday in the Northern Regional Jail at Moundsville. An extradition hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday before Ohio County Circuit Judge James Mazzone.
