Kelsey A. Batten and William E. Clough III were united in marriage Monday, May 31, at Roney's Point United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Jay A. McMillen officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Rick and Charlotte Batten of Ravenswood.
The groom is the son of Bill and Barbara Clough of Wheeling.
Emily Batten was maid of honor. Brett Clough was best man.
Other attendants were Amber Lutz, Melina McConnaughy, Emily Young, Justin McConnaughy, Greg DeVito and Joshua Fromhart.
A reception was held at Undo's, Wheeling.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Ravenswood High School and a 2009 graduate of West Liberty University. She is employed by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission in Charleston.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of West Liberty State College and a 2005 graduate of Marshall University's graduate program in English. He is attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania for a doctorate in English. He is employed as an instructor by Marshall University.
After a wedding trip to New York City, the couple will reside in Charleston.
