Jessica Dawn Ward and Bruce Robert Howard were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, at Elm Grove United Methodist Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. Bryan Carpenter officiating the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Donald and Sharon Ward of Wheeling.
Parents of the groom are Bruce and Phyllis Howard of Wheeling.
Stacy Thoburn, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Jim Hess served as best man.

A reception was held at the Italian American Club, Wheeling.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 1999 graduate of West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems. She is employed by Local 83 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union in Wheeling.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2008 graduate of Sports Management Worldwide. He is employed in the quality control department of West Point Products LLC, Valley Grove.
The couple will reside in Wheeling.
