Why would you tear up the road if you didnt have the equipment to finish it? Elm grove is a mess. In Bethlehem they were working on the road last week but the worse spot out towards the loading zone they never touched. I have heard of soo many people who have blown tires from hitting pot holes lately its ridiculous. Couldnt they have crews out driving the roads and at least throw some asphalt in the holes until they can be repaired?

EGIslander "Still waiting to hear if taxpayers or drilling companies are picking up tab for paving? "

Who cares if those drilling company trucks actually go through Elm Grove or not. Time to spread the wealth around, eh? LOL

Horrible planning. Can't believe that somebody in charge made decision to tear up roadways and leave them in that condition. Still waiting to hear if taxpayers or drilling companies are picking up tab for paving? City streets will remain in disrepair for long time to come based on 2014 paving plans and blowing budget on Wheeling Central-oops, I mean East Wheeling Athletic Complex project.
