These poisons should not be sprayed from a helicopter, nor should the safety of this program be the responsibility of residents. If you have a well, garden, pond, pet or any sacred space, the utility should protect your property. This whole procedure wreaks of corporate indifference. Do the Coke brothers own this utility? Furthermore the EPA has its hands tied. And who would trust the state of WV to know what they are doing to protect the environment in the light of the recent chemical spill in the Elk River. It is sad comment that most people in WV swing republican whose agenda it is to protect polluters and not residents.
