UNCOMMONSENSE

"What we're trying to do there is to improve the community and the business climate - not only for The Highlands, but the entire county. So we feel any unnecessary obstructions to the lawful applications for permits should be struck down by regulatory agencies, and not be given any unnecessary attention."

The TRUTH is that if the city hadn't tried to STRONGARM the property owner like some Chicaco mobsters, the access road would have been built YEARS ago!!!!!!!

Just like families FORCED by threat to leave their center Wheeling homes so they could build Lowes!!!

And THAT was CLEARLY illegal at the time since the state law that would allow such action did not yet exist!!!

This is just ANOTHER attempt to THREATEN and INTIMIDATE the property owner with state support!

The Fifth Amendment states, “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
