Seriously !!!! Rosemary Humway-Warmuth, this affected citizen has to deal daily with a situation that is affecting his and the well being of his wife. So he tries to do the prudent and proper thing wanting all members to hear his dilemma and you can't afford him that because he didn't file in A TIMELY FASHION. You lady are a piece of work !!! THE POOR GUY JUST WANT'S TO SLEEP AT NIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ummm no sir due to the POWER given to me I will do my best to make sure your life is controlled by the inner working's of a well oiled city government so I will do everything in my POWER to assure the citizens of WHEELING WV that I flexed the POWER given me to SQUASH YOUR UNTIMELY request for an appeal hooo hummm hooo hummm

I am very sympathetic towards the concerns of the residents effected by the Sledd company's operations, but I don't think they have a shot of winning their complaint due to the fact that money, more often than not, rules the day.
