How ironic, yesterday I had to go up to Washington Pa. I counted 17 autos with the drivers either talking or texting on the cell, 14 females, 3 men. At a hundred dollars a pop, thousands of dollars can be brought in to State or local coffers on a daily basis. Not to mention the highways are much safer.

While I see some value in the safety of this law, why is every time I see a policeman in his patrol car, gotta phone in hand, talking away!!!!
