W.Va. Taxes Limit Creation of Jobs

November 3, 2013

When national and international companies force states into bidding wars over new businesses, they pay attention to more than the temporary incentives placed on the table....

Croak, the one statistic you cannot argue with is the income tax collections each year. Both Corporate and Personal went up significantly under Bush. Like any stimulus, the effects decrease over time, but NOTHING obie has done has had a similar result, and considering inflation we have not gotten back to where George had us almost a decade ago.

Want a good model? Look at what Texas does. Several months recently almost half of all job creation was there. Funny thing, the libs whine that Texas jobs have been lower wage ones. Doesn't stop them from bragging about the same jobs on the monthly reports!

WV INVENTED the sales Tax!

Taxes AND the fact it is not a right to work state. Even Mich, once one of the heaviest UNION states in the USA in now a right to work.

Poor WV just fades away . . . .

{ . . . . crickets . . . . . .}

And now wonderwhiner’s cursor is hovering over that “disagree” link. wonder so desperately wants to click “disagree,” but wonder knows my seeing that disagree, proving my post once again got wonder's goat, will just please me more. So what’s a small-minded leftist tool to do? To disagree or not to disagree? That is the wonderwhy...

And to make it worse for you, wonder, I’ll add that not clicking disagree, leaving that disagree count at zero, only proves that by pointing this conundrum out I was easily able to manipulate your silly passion for disagreeing with me. Will you leave that disagree link unclicked and let me so easily control you, or will you click disagree, proving my point about your obsession with my posts and giving me another LOL moment at your expense? Too wonderfunny.

Look at the positive side, WVEXPAT. Every one of those disagrees represents a pizzed-off redistributionist. That makes the disagrees even more fun than the agrees. LOL

WVEXPAT, you're forgetting about the mess the 2009-2011 Democrit majority Obama Congress inherited from the 2007-2009 Democrit majority Bush Congress.

And you can't blame Senator Obama, because when he was present he usually voted "present."

With a Congress like that, no WONDER we're now in one big Obamamess.

"Where are all the jobs that were to be created by former President Bush lowering the taxes of the wealthy"

Let's look at the Bureau of Labor Statistics to how Bush tax rate reductions for ALL Americans worked out.

In Sept 2006 there were 144,815,000 Americans working. Sept 2013 144,303,000. So more Americans were working 7 YEARS ago under Bush than now under Obama!

Unemployment rate Sept 2006 4.7%!!

Unemployment rate Black or African American Sept 2006 - 9%

Sept 2013 - 12.9%

Unemployment rate Hispanic Sept 2006 5.5%

Sept 2013 - 9.0%

Labor Force Participation Rate Sept 2006 - 66.1%

Sept 2013 - 63.2% A 30 year LOW!!!

I think its rather obvious where the stupidity lies!!

But then there was 2009-2011, when DEMOCRITS STILL held majorities in BOTH the House AND Senate. And when A DEMOCRIT President Obama took control of the White House. I HOPE all those bad Bush laws, all those bad Bush policies, were CHANGED during those TWO YEARS of FULL DEMOCRIT control of the writing, passing, and signing of all the laws? Because those were the years of HOPE and CHANGE, right?

mmm mmm mmm, keep your plan...

Now which political Party came into the MAJORITY in the House of Representatives AND the Senate during those last two years of the Bush Presidency, 2007 to 2009, when the financial markets began unraveling and the economy began crashing?

Oh yeah, DEMOCRITS controlled the Legislative branch those last two years of Bush. But everyone knows the evil genius Bush was able to outsmart and outmaneuver all 535 voting Legislators, INCLUDING one “present”-voting Senator Obama, so you CAN’T blame the helpless DEMOCRIT Congress for all those disastrous laws they passed 2007-2009. Clearly the economic problems of the day were SOLELY the evil genius Bush’s fault.

mmm mmm mmm, mess we inherited...

Choker, you mean five-years-ago President Bush? You mean two terms-ago, two elections ago President Bush? I’m sure after Bush departed the White House FIFTY EIGHT months ago SOMEBODY else had the power to change those Bush policies.

I HOPE somebody been in the White House to CHANGE any problematic Bush policies. Because I seem to remember something about HOPE and CHANGE...

Maybe I'm just being stupid... mmm mmm mmm...
