Looks like Weirton and Wheeling councils could be intelligently challenged and incapable of leading their city back to a growing city. Political powers wanting to control the private companies like GreenHunter and Port Authority but have no really great record of accomplishment in growing the community only trying to control the communities. Council are part-time works and should stick to taking care of roads, water, sewage and garbage.

Councils up and down the OV are part time jobs and should stick to taking care of the basic government needs and powers. Politicians and governments were not meant to run businesses.
