I’m noticing a trend. The loony leftists here seem to have the most trouble with “being harassed, charged, fined, etc” by the local police. Maybe you libbies would have less trouble with the police if you trespassed less, jaywalked less, were intoxicated in public less, and kept your licenses and inspections up to date more.

And hate Wheeling? There's always St Clairsville. Take the bus for $1.30 and don't look back. Buh bye.

Meanwhile..back in Wheeling, WV, two homeless citizens were arrested for trespassing, five mentally ill were arrested for jaywalking, two lovers holding hands were arrested for for public intoxication walking from River City to DiCarlo's, a son of a prominant local businessman was given a ride home instead of a DUI, and every day good citizens are being harassed, charged, fined, etc. for various vehicle improprieties related to WV's ridiculous vehicle registration, licensure, and inspection system, each dependent upon the other...all meant to shake-down citizens for every penny they have. I'm starting to hate Wheeling.
