This solicitor general seems to know you need ethics to do a good job because he complete the requirements before he got the job.

Unlike a person who got a MBA without attending required classes makes me wonder how many people are in positions because they led one to believe they graduated but only attended a college or never had a degree or could of got the degree in easier way.

Next time Wheeling is looking for a CM they should think about hiring from DC if you get a Yale lawyer for $132000 with experience with the US Supreme Court you should be able to get a CM for under $80000 for the city level.

Ever notice how politicians say they attended a certain high school or college to give you the impression they graduated with a degree or diploma but never completed the college or school. This shows a lacking of basic ethics in the political field.

The passing a mandatory background checks and an ethics exam would be a great idea for all elected and appointed people be required to do and results should be reported on the ethics part of the exam. This could change our local, county and state government all for the good of the people.
