oldman, "these people" ARE legal. The article is about food stamp recipients. Try reading the article before you babble your nonsense.

living wage ? For what ? Living ? What percentage of income do we think people spend on essentials for living ? Right. More money in hands of people with no clue, no plan, no judgment sense, is just more money for foolishness.

Maybe downsized should be asking Obama favorites like G.E.,G.M., Google, Apple or Microsoft about how much money they make overseas!

Obama's friends have been very effective at sending our tax money overseas!!!

"tax incentives to move our good manufacturing jobs out of this country to low wage countries in the name of profits for CEO’s and shareholders."

From FactCheckdotOrg, Q: Do companies get a tax break for shipping U.S. jobs overseas? A: Not specifically for that reason. But companies can deduct business expenses, including the cost of moving a job to another state or even out of the country."

“There are no special tax provisions that provide incentives to move overseas, but, of course, in general, the IRS allows companies to deduct business expenses, one of which is moving expenses, whether within the U.S. or abroad,”

But also, "We’ve also written before on several occasions that the tax code has long allowed U.S. corporations doing business abroad to defer paying taxes on any of their “unrepatriated income.” That is to say that the revenue earned by the company’s foreign subsidiary remains untaxed by the IRS until that money is brought back to the parent company

Downsized you make some interesting points! The shale "investments" have created a lot of jobs, but that money has been invested by privately held companies NOT govt!!

And yes, all those years of 4.5% unemployment were very difficult under Bush! Average families earning $5000/yr more than they are under the Obama economy was just horrible. If not for the Liberal inspired, bi-partisan enabled fiscal crisis, food stamps expenditures might be 1/2 of what they are now!

Thanks to current fiscal policy, fiscal inequality has INCREASED over the last 5 years. Free money to Wall St has certainly benefited the investor class, but its been paid for by low/middle class Americans and future generations!

Whatever happened to Liberals being for the "working man"??? Liberal policy has only benefited the wealthy and big corporations!!

"John Boehner is such a loser....what a failure he is as a leader."

While I can't disagree w/ you on this point, Boehner is a minority leader. Senate and executive leadership is just as sad!
