She makes more than PA's governor, who runs a state with nearly 11 million residents and a budget that is probably 6 times West Virginia's.

Like the new office in downtown Wheeling, this is all part of an inside deal to enrich the well connected at the expense of taxpayers.

Many of those who receive services from DHHR are too lazy or arrogant to lift a finger to help themselves. West Virginia couldn't even get people to sign up for a program that gave them enhanced benefits! I guess signing up and adhering to simple standards required too much effort.

The POTUS has a budget of $2500 Billion and he is Commander in Chief to boot. He gets $400K a year.
