be better off to split the $700,000 between the mayor and the city manager and tell them to take a hike.high taxes drive people away.but you already know that.

Surely you jest. Who will remind the fickle public of the egregious mismanagement of this administration? There is no public voice regardless of how hard some try. I despair deeply for the residents of our once fine city.

$700,000 in infrastructure improvement projects will not yield much.....Do some research on the costs....
