We're Harming, Killing Children With Smoke, Too

March 22, 2013

Would you knowingly allow anyone to inject your child with a dose of a known poison? Would you knowingly poison your own child? Don’t answer too fast, because that is exactly what’s happening......

What about all this fracking water discussion? What will this stuff do to the children? WHat about the use of nanotechnology in the products being placed on the store shelves, and not mentioned on the labels? What about all the GMO and genetically modified foods? WHat about the beer and alcohol being targeted to the younger generation? Turn them into alcoholics before and they are twenty two and they will be customers for the remainder of their short lives! But mostly, I don't buy the second hand smoke argument, never have, never will!

With all the problems that children today are faced with, this article is nothing but foolish. Any good parent knows that they should pick and chose their battles. The author of this article has focused on exposing children to smoke instead of obese and under exercised children, fetal alcohol syndrome, drug addicted babies, microwaved and processed foods, effects of nanotechnology, abused and neglected children, all the sexually abused children in media today, the emotional abuse that is so prevelant, the parents living vicariously through their kids and the effects, the fact that we are raising a generation of entitled and lazy, bullying, early sexual experience resulting in permenant if not fatal illness, the water supply, overuse of anti-biotics, school shootings, incidents like steubenville rape being much too common, domestic abuse in the home, loss of human and family value system, the fact that we cannot come up with any progress in alcohol and drug prevention,

failed school programs for bullying and drug prevention, eating disorders, cutting, body mutilation, parents allowing underage drinking parties, reality tv-honey boo and dance mom, ssports being priority over safety of kids, prevelance of traumatic brain injury in kids, effects of vaccinations, autism, K2-fake weed, bathsalts and the effects, poverty,ETC. But we need to worry about the parents who obviously cope by smoking, knowing that smokers are more likely to suffer from mental illness than the general population. Most people do not even know what happens to their food when it is microwaved and it is done on a regular basis. Sad and ignorant. Happy parents raise happy kids. Smoke on folks-dont be guilted, there are plenty real failures to feel guilty about.

This is nonsense. Terry Wallace hasn't a clue what's best for children, as long as he can keep suckling at the WLU teat.
