END gambling all together. It sickens me that the state supports such a destructive addiction...AND lied about how the profits would be used.
Citizens...I have a way for you not to lose all of your money...give me half of your money, then go home and take care of your family...at least you still have half left.

This will be the fastest fee change in the history of WV. Just think how long it took to take the sales tax off years but now cities gets to add a 1% sales tax instead of a B&O tax under home rule.. The tracks will get a cut in taxes or fee and the public will make up the difference.
