Let's make state,county,and city employees work for their pay. They should have been trying to save funds as part of their job.

How about reverting state legislators back to being "part-timers" with a substantial cut in pay and loss of health care/retirement. Ohio's legislators made their elected position "full-time" employment with hefty salaries and benefits then they tacked on bonuses for holding offices within the legislature.
