Why does taxpayers have to pay for teen-age students baby sitting?? They made them- not me.

Perhaps some day Charleston will take a closer look at the fringe package for school employees. I get turned off by the thought that a school bus driver gets extra pay for completing college credits and more if they end up with a degree. How college credit or degree aids a person in driving a school bus is beyond me and a waste of taxpayer's dollars.
